For the best shopping experience, we recommend that you read our shop policies before placing your order.

We are a small family owned business and update our policies on a regular basis to ensure we can support our customers in the best possible way. 


We accept returns for refund if the product is defective. We must be notified via email within 48 hours of receipt of the product and prior to sending the item back. The product must be received within 10 days of our discussion.

Defects do not include broken glass or bead “imperfections", the beauty of handmade beads is they are all unique. 

Bracelets ordered in the wrong size are not eligible for refund. Please review how to measure your wrist below before ordering. Proper sizing is the responsibility of the buyer. 

The cost of shipping is not eligible for refund.

Any product shipped without an advanced email discussion is not eligible for exchange or refund.


If you are not pleased with your purchase we will happily replace it with another item or issue shop credit within 7 days of receipt.

Kindly contact us via email so we can plan for your replacement.

The original item should be returned to us as it was shipped to you: in a sturdy package to protect it, via a reliable method, with Delivery Confirmation and in its original condition. We recommend insurance for the cost of your purchase as we cannot be responsible if the item is lost or damaged during the return.

Original shipping cost is not eligible for refunds. You will need to pay the shipping cost for the replacement item. We can invoice you via PayPal for shipping when the item is ready to leave the shop or you can send a printed return label with the item.


We make every effort to ship items as soon as possible. Generally, items ship within 3 business days of order, this is production time and does not include shipping time. Once an item has been brought to the post office you will receive a shipment notification.

Please expect longer production and shipping times during holiday season.

Standard shipping is via USPS first class mail. We offer Priority Shipping for faster delivery. All packages include tracking.

Once a package leaves our shop we do not have control over them, but will do whatever we can to help if a package is lost during shipment.

Shipping costs and methods are subject to change based on market conditions.

We offer pick up for local customers.

International shipments are limited at this time. If you live outside the US, Canada, Australia, UK or EU countries and would like to make a purchase please contact us directly to discuss.


If an item breaks due to craftsmanship I will repair or replace it at no charge within one (1) month of receipt.

I will repair (if possible) for a small fee and shipping or replace for 50% of the original price and shipping within three (3) months of receipt.

Please contact us via email to discuss the issue and include pictures.

Elastic/Stretch Bracelets: I am happy to replace the elastic in our stretch bracelets free of charge regardless of the reason for breakage. You will need to pay for shipping. We can invoice you via PayPal or you can send a printed return label with the beads. Please send an email including the bracelet size to notify me it is being sent to us for repair.


We want you to have a great bracelet that fits well and is comfortable.

Getting an accurate wrist measurement is easy when you follow our instructions.

The best way to measure your wrist is with a fabric tape measure, if you do not have one please use a piece of string or masking tape and a ruler.

The measurement should be taken at the smallest part of the wrist between the hand and wrist bone. You will need to wrap the tape/string around your wrist and measure it. Do not wrap the string too tight or too loose and do not overlap.

After you measure your wrist, cut the string to the length you measured. Please take the string and double check the length to make sure it is a perfect fit and not loose, nor overly tight. If it is loose or overlaps, cut again and double check the measurement on the ruler.

All bracelets are listed with size options. Please do not guess or try to measure another bracelet. Sizing is critical for bracelets to fit well and is the responsibility of the buyer.

If you do not see the size for the item you want please send me a message and I will check our inventory.

Each handmade bead is unique, which makes each SariBlue® piece of jewelry unique. The patterns are matched to the listing photos, variations from the image are to be expected.

Be kind to your handmade glass items, after all they are glass. These are delicate pieces of jewelry and are terrific for daily wear, but they are not made to be worn for high impact activities. If dropped or smashed on a hard surface your glass jewelry can crack and/or shatter.

We do not provide free replacement beads, however we can definitely work with you to repair your jewelry for a reasonable fee.

By the way, legend has it that if your evil eye cracks or breaks it has done its job protecting you.


We reserve the right to use creative choice in completing your piece. For example, if we no longer have access to the exact materials used to create the listing we will use similar materials to complete the design. In most cases it is the very same material, but there are occasions when certain materials are no longer available. If you have questions about your order we are happy to discuss before you place your order.
